Account Manager
Every community association is managed by a CACM-accredited account manager and managers' assistant. The account manager oversees the management of your association, from board meetings, to newsletters, to all general association questions & concerns.
Maintenance
Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner through a list of preferred vendors curated by your association's account manager.
Accounting
An accounting supervisor presides over your association's financial records including reserves, dues, clubhouse rentals, and more.
Inspection
An inspector will routinely inspect your association to determine safety hazards and needed repairs. The inspector monitors the performance of all property vendors and investigates & resolves complaints.
Online Portal
All community association members can sign-up and have access to a 24/7 online portal, where members can view their account summary, submit maintenance requests, submit online payments, view community documents, and more.
Receptionist
Receptionists are always available to answer and direct your calls to your association's account manager.

Account Manager
The account manager is responsible for the daily supervision of your income property and our support staff. The manager oversees everything from the marketing of a vacant unit, negotiating leases, collecting rent, to maintenance. The manager will suggest financial & maintenance goals, property improvements, and rent increases.
Maintenance Manager
The property manager routinely inspects your property to determine safety hazards and needed repairs. The manager monitors the performance of all property vendors and investigates & resolves complaints. Additionally, the manager will schedule routine service, negotiate contracts, solicit bids, and handle requests from tenants.
Credit / Collection Associate
The credit/collection associate investigates and thoroughly screens rental applicants, and is responsible for creating all rental agreements and other legal documents. The Collection Associate handles notices, accounting letters, and performs the administrative functions for all assigned collection accounts.
Accounting Supervisor
The Accounting Supervisor presides over each property's financial records, prepares monthly rental income statements, and regularly assesses all payments, charges, or fines.
Online Portal
All rental property owners can sign-up and have access to a 24/7 online portal, where owners can view their rental income statements, documents shared by the account manager, and more. Rental property tenants also can sign-up and have access to an online portal where they can view their account summary, submit maintenance requests, submit online payments, view shared documents, and more.
Receptionist
Receptionists are always available to answer and direct calls to the account manager. Receptionists are able to schedule and confirm appointments to see vacant units immediately.
